  1. Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its security, upload harmful code, or use the website in a way that may damage our business, systems, or other users.

We may update, suspend, withdraw, or change any part of the website at any time.

  1. Products we sell

We sell Asian groceries and related products, including but not limited to noodles, sauces, snacks, drinks, fresh products, frozen products, chilled products, household items, beauty products, personal care products, baby care products, and other lifestyle products.

Product images are for illustration only. Packaging, ingredients, size, country of origin, labelling, and appearance may change depending on supplier availability and manufacturer updates.

We try to make product descriptions, prices, stock status, and images accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error after you place an order, we may contact you to correct it, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund the affected item.

  1. Food information, ingredients, and allergens

Many of our products are imported or sourced from different suppliers. Ingredients, allergens, nutrition, and storage instructions may change from time to time.

You must always read the product label, packaging, ingredients, allergen information, storage instructions, and preparation instructions before using or consuming any product.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance, dietary restriction, religious dietary requirement, or medical condition, please contact us before ordering if you are unsure about a product.

We do our best to provide accurate product information, but we cannot guarantee that all online information will always match the latest packaging supplied by the manufacturer.

  1. Age-restricted products

Some products may be age-restricted, including vaping products, nicotine-related products, tobacco-related products, or other regulated goods.

By placing an order for an age-restricted product, you confirm that:

you are legally old enough to buy the product;
you are buying the product for yourself and not on behalf of anyone underage;
the information you provide is accurate;
you agree that we or our delivery partners may carry out age-verification checks.

We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order if age verification fails or if we believe the order may breach applicable law.

For vaping or nicotine-related products, you must be at least 18 years old. If tobacco products are ever sold on this website, additional legal restrictions may apply, including restrictions on sales to people born on or after 1 January 2009 where applicable under UK law.

  1. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).

Prices may include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, taxes, and any additional costs will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

We accept payment methods shown at checkout. Your order will not normally be processed until payment has been authorised.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted by us unless there has been an obvious pricing error.

  1. Orders and order acceptance

After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods or otherwise confirm acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

a product is out of stock;
payment is not authorised;
there is a pricing or product description error;
delivery to your address is not possible;
age verification fails;
we suspect fraud, misuse, or illegal activity;
the order contains restricted products that we cannot legally supply.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

  1. Stock availability and substitutions

Products are subject to availability.

If an item is unavailable, we may contact you to offer a substitute, issue a refund for the unavailable item, or cancel the affected part of the order.

We will not send a substitute product unless you agree, unless the substitute is a minor packaging or size variation that does not materially affect the product and is allowed by law.

  1. Delivery

We deliver to eligible addresses in the United Kingdom, subject to courier availability and product restrictions.

Delivery options, charges, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information.

  1. Chilled, frozen, and fresh products

Some products require chilled, frozen, or temperature-controlled handling.

You agree to make suitable arrangements to receive chilled, frozen, fresh, or perishable products promptly. Once delivered, you are responsible for storing the products according to the label and packaging instructions.

If a courier attempts delivery and you are unavailable, or if delivery is delayed because of incorrect address details or missed delivery attempts, we may not be able to refund perishable, chilled, frozen, or fresh products unless they are faulty due to our error.

  1. Risk and ownership

The products become your responsibility once they have been delivered to the delivery address you provided.

Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment and the products have been delivered.

  1. Cancelling or changing an order before dispatch

If you want to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has started processing, has been packed, or has been dispatched.

For chilled, frozen, fresh, perishable, personalised, or special-order items, cancellation may not be possible once processing has started.

  1. Your right to cancel

For most non-perishable products bought online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods.

To cancel, you must contact us clearly stating that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to return the goods after telling us you want to cancel.

Returned products must be unused, unopened where applicable, complete, and in a resaleable condition.

You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described.

  1. Products that cannot usually be returned for change of mind

You do not usually have a change-of-mind cancellation right for:

fresh, chilled, frozen, or perishable food products;
products with a short shelf life;
products sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
opened personal care, baby care, beauty, or hygiene products;
personalised or special-order products;
products that have been used, damaged, altered, or stored incorrectly after delivery;
products that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

This does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

  1. Faulty, damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

your order number;
photos of the product;
photos of the packaging;
a description of the issue;
whether you would prefer a refund, replacement, or other resolution where available.

For food, chilled, frozen, or perishable products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery where possible so we can investigate quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a refund, replacement, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

  1. Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will refund you using your original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

For valid cancellation returns, we will refund the product price and standard delivery charge where required by law. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we may only refund the standard delivery amount.

We may reduce a refund if returned goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, used, damaged, opened, or reduced in value.

Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back.

  1. Promotions, discounts, and voucher codes

Promotions, discounts, and voucher codes are subject to availability and any specific terms shown with the offer.

We may withdraw or amend offers at any time.

Voucher codes cannot usually be exchanged for cash and may not be used with other offers unless stated.

If a refund is issued for an order paid partly or fully with a discount code, the refunded amount may reflect the discounted price actually paid.

  1. Customer accounts

You may be able to create an account on our website.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or close accounts where we suspect misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or breach of these Terms.

If you submit a review, comment, image, or other content to our website or social media pages, you must ensure it is accurate, lawful, respectful, and not misleading.

We may remove content that is offensive, abusive, false, promotional, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable.

By submitting content, you allow us to use, display, and share it for business, marketing, and customer-service purposes, unless you tell us otherwise.

Please read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for more information about how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data.

  1. Website availability and security

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or business reasons.

You are responsible for using appropriate antivirus protection and secure internet access when using our website.

  1. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

We are not responsible for:

losses that were not foreseeable;
business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity;
delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control;
loss caused by your incorrect use, storage, handling, or preparation of products;
allergic reactions where product information, labels, or warnings were available and the product was not faulty or misdescribed.

This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

  1. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, strikes, customs delays, supplier shortages, system failures, epidemics, government restrictions, or other unexpected events.

If such an event affects your order, we will contact you where possible and try to minimise the delay.
